Often, the beans don't feed into the burr, so I have to bang it on the counter and try to get it started. Once it starts, it goes great, but sometimes I've had to try TEN times to get it going. I've learned to bang it delicately, just so, just a tap, the right way. But that was hard. I've learned not to fill the hopper all the way. I was stubborn about it, so that was hard.
